Private community · RV rental operators
The RV rental market shrank 34%. Your fleet doesn’t have to.
Fewer renters. More units competing. A quarter of every booking going to a platform. This is a paid community for owners who want to run a real rental business in that market — occupancy systems, direct bookings, and margin you actually keep.

Why now
The easy money in RV rentals is over.
Between 2022 and 2024, the number of American households using RVs collapsed. Meanwhile supply kept climbing and the platforms kept their cut. If your strategy is still “list it and wait,” the numbers below are already working against you.
Demand went down. Supply went up. The operators still booking out aren’t lucky — they’re running systems. That’s the entire point of this group.
What you get
Not a course. An operating system for your fleet.
Everything here exists to move one number: how many days a year your units are booked, and how much of that revenue you keep.
Nine modules, zero fluff
A complete route from LLC formation to managing other people’s units on consignment. Every module is a system you implement, not a video you watch.
Weekly calls
Same time every week. Bring a real problem from your business — pricing, a difficult renter, an empty October — and leave with a decision.
One-on-one support
Ask a specific question about your specific fleet and get a specific answer. Not a forum post that goes nowhere.
Listing teardowns
Send your listing, get it pulled apart — photo order, rate structure, copy, response time. Most audits surface bookings you’re leaving on the table.
Document vault
Rental agreements, inspection checklists, SOPs, pricing sheets. The paperwork that takes months to build, ready to use.
Operators, not tourists
A paywall is a filter. Everyone in here has money on the line and is building something, which is why the answers are worth reading.
The curriculum
Zero to fleet, in order.
The modules run in sequence because the business does. You don’t optimize pricing before you own the right unit, and you don’t scale to consignment before your turnovers run themselves.
Getting started
LLC formation, EIN, business banking, and the insurance decisions that determine whether you can legally rent at all.
Building a winning listing
Photo order, title, description, and response time. The controllable inputs that separate a unit booked 40 days a year from one booked 180.
Rock solid rental agreement
Our lawyer vetted rental agreement. it covers everything to be legally binding and truly protective. Liability, damage, cancellation, pet policies, mileage and more..
Operations & Procedures
Cleaning, inspection, and handoff SOPs that get a unit back on the road fast — and get you out of doing it yourself.
Increasing Profitability
Small tweaks you can do today with very little effort to increase your total profit.
Document Vault
All of our documents and templates done for you. Lawyer vetted rental agreement, consignment agreements, and so much more.
Maintenance and Repairs
Everything you can and should be doing on each of your rigs in house instead of paying someone else to do for you.
Long-term Rentals
Add another lead and revenue type with long-term rentals. Same asset, completely different model.
Scaling through consignment
Adding units in the right order, and managing other owners’ RVs for a cut — scaling revenue without buying every rig yourself.
The Document Vault
Every template you’d otherwise spend six months and a lawyer’s retainer building — ready to edit and use this week.
→ Pre-trip inspection checklist
→ Damage claim documentation pack
→ Turnover & cleaning SOP
→ Seasonal pricing worksheet

Why it costs money
The people who pay are the ones who do the work.
There are free RV groups. You’ve been in them. They’re full of people asking the same five questions, a handful of half-answers, and nobody accountable for whether any of it works.
A price tag does two things. It filters for operators who have real money on the line — which is why the conversations in here are worth your time. And it puts me on the hook to actually answer you.
$97 is less than a single empty night on most units. If one module fills one extra booking this season, it’s paid for the year.

Before you join
The questions everybody asks.
I only have one RV. Is this too advanced for me?
No — module one starts at entity formation, so a first-time owner has a clear path. The curriculum is sequenced so you take what applies now and grow into the rest. Most members join with one or two units.
I’ve been renting for years. Is this too basic?
The back half is where experienced operators live: off-season occupancy, direct booking channels, and running consignment units for other owners. If your calendar dies in October or you’re still paying 25% on repeat guests, there’s work here for you.
How much time does this take?
The modules are built to be implemented one at a time — most take an afternoon. Live calls are weekly and recorded, so missing one costs you nothing. There’s no cohort schedule to keep up with.
Why not just use a free Facebook group?
You can, and you should still be in a few. The difference is accountability and signal. Free groups answer questions in public, once, from whoever happens to be online. This is a structured curriculum, documented templates, and someone whose job it is to answer you.
Does this work outside the US?
The systems — pricing, listings, turnovers, direct bookings — apply anywhere. The entity, insurance, and tax material is US-specific. Members outside the US get full value from everything except module one.
Will this work if the RV market keeps shrinking?
That’s exactly the point. In a growing market, sloppy operators still get booked. In a contracting one, the bookings consolidate to the operators running real systems. This community exists to make sure that’s you.
What if it isn’t for me?
Cancel any time from inside Skool — no email, no retention call. And within the first 14 days you can ask for a full refund and get it.
Last thing
Your units are either booked or they’re depreciating.
There’s no third option. Every empty week is a fixed cost with no revenue against it — and the market isn’t going to get easier on its own.
